Evans Incorporated Achieves Companies As Responsive Employers Award

Consulting firm recognized for family-friendly workplace policies and benefits

Falls Church, Va., (Sept. 22, 2015)—Evans Incorporated, a Virginia-based management consulting firm, received a Companies As Responsive Employers Award, which recognizes outstanding local organizations that foster family-friendly workplace policies and benefits. The 23rd annual CARE Awards, presented by the Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS), will be held at 7:30 a.m., Nov. 5, 2015, at the Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park.

The NVFS evaluates CARE Award recipients on their flexible work arrangements, dependent care, work-family stress management, employee benefits and community involvement. After intensive site visits, the Nominating Committee found Evans Incorporated to nurture a flexible workplace culture with established policies that cater to its workforce’s needs.

“The Evans family is honored to be a CARE Award recipient and is committed to cultivating an open, family-friendly workplace,” Sue Evans, Evans Incorporated Founder and CEO, said. “We believe providing our staff with supportive policies and benefits is crucial to the growth of our company, the development of our culture and the success of our community.”
