Evans Incorporated Celebrates “Triple Crown” of Regional Business Leadership Awards

For the leading Human-Centered Solutions consulting firm, 2016 honors are well-deserved recognition for its ability to create “the Evans ROI”

FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA — July 12, 2016Evans Incorporated announces today that it has been honored by a rare “Triple Crown” of 2016 regional business award programs, including Women in Technology’s (WIT) 17th Annual Leadership Awards 2016; the 2016 Helios HR Apollo Awards; and The Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2016.

With over 20 years of experience, the Falls Church-based strategic consulting firm has built a trusted brand in Human-Centered Solutions and Products for clients across multiple industries. After developing these solutions and training for some of the largest and best known organizations, with 95% of its business coming from referrals, Evans has taken these offerings and its expertise and transformed them into a first-of-its-kind platform that can bring change success and bottom-line impact to a wide range of organizations and personnel across the Federal and commercial sectors.

The first of the three 2016 honors for Evans Incorporated came on May 19, when Founder and CEO Sue Evans received the 2016 Small Business/Entrepreneur Award in Women in Technology’s (WIT) 17th Annual Leadership Awards competition. The WIT Leadership Awards recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of women who are leading the way across the technology industry. The awards this year showcased a stellar slate of corporate, government and entrepreneurial talent across the Washington, D.C. region.

On June 1, Evans Incorporated was again honored – twice – in the competition for the highly-competitive 2016 Helios HR Apollo Awards, which recognize organizations in Greater Washington for outstanding talent development. Evans won both the Leadership Development Award and Employment Brand Award.

Evans Incorporated completed its 2016 awards season “Triple Crown” on June 9, when it was honored as the #12 Medium Company in The Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2016. To be recognized as one of the 85 Best Places to Work in the D.C. area, companies had to score the highest among hundreds of employers that participated in the annual employee engagement survey.

“We are thrilled and proud to announce our most recent recognitions,” said Evans’ Founder and CEO, Sue Evans. “A Triple Crown in these categories is a rare and amazing accomplishment. At Evans, by combining a passion for employee development with commitment to being human-centered in everything that we do, we’ve created an employment brand that employees project outside the office, synonymous with success for everyone…Our core belief is that it’s up to us – as intelligent professionals and leaders – to ensure that human connections and critical judgement prevail as we lead forward.”
