“Evans Incorporated is honored to host a session at the ACMP Virtual Symposium,” Wright said. “We are excited to share several innovative approaches to assessing organizational change readiness through risk-based diagnostics. We believe these techniques will benefit not only the change management practitioner community, but also anyone leading a large system implementation or organizational transformation.”
In addition to Wright’s session, there will be three other presentations focused on change management for agile projects, implementing enterprise change and preparing for successful change.
