For example, we are active members of the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), where we gain education, resources, and advocacy as a growing company.
We engage with SECAF and our peer contractors to improve our ability to adapt to the changes happening with our clients, specifically the Federal Government. We exchange cutting edge ideas and methodologies about change, leadership, and high-performance organizations in their educational forums. Through their networking forum, we build relationships and form complementary partnerships with other firms so we can create even more robust service packages for clients. In the advisory forum, we engage with other contractors to learn best practices, challenge our own ways of thinking, and further refine the service that we deliver to clients.
