Ashley Tolub

Ashley brings over 12 years of diverse professional experience in project management, government consulting and legal/financial services.  She received a BA from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from George Mason University’s School of Business.  She was inducted into the International Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma, in 2015.

With excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, Asley is able to effectively work with clients and teammates at varying levels across the organization. She is continuously recognized for exceeding client and company expectations in leadership and project roles. thrives in high-pressure, dynamic situations by leveraging effective organizational skills, and a firm commitment to quality.

Ashley joined Evans in 2014, and currently works with the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA’s) En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) Program, one of the most complex, challenging, and ambitious programs deployed by FAA to date.  Ashley provides strategic and programmatic support to the ERAM Program Office, while co-leading the Quality Assurance and Best Practices Support Team.

Ashley previously provided project management, logistics and technical writing support to the Department of Defense (DoD), The Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), and the US Army.

Ashley is the co-chair of Evans Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and leads multiple Business Development Initiatives and Process improvements for Evans. Ashley is an active volunteer in her local community, and has worked with the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) for over five years.
