Beth is a Senior Business Analyst at Evans where she spearheads projects aimed at enhancing communications and strengthening organizational effectiveness. She also co-leads Evans’ Change Management & Communications Community of Practice, bringing her expertise in leadership and change communications to our internal community of practitioners. Beth is a resourceful and energetic communicator, collaborator, project manager, and facilitator. She is passionate about helping people work together more effectively and skilled at helping diverse stakeholders reach their goals.
For more than 20 years, Beth has provided consulting expertise to Federal agencies including the Department of Health and Human Services, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. In these roles, she has provided leadership on communications, organization development, and programmatic, policy, and evaluation activities, with a particular focus on Federal health programs.
Over the course of her career in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, Beth has led numerous multi-faceted and collaborative initiatives aimed at strengthening communications and organizational capacity. She is an active member of the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN) where she led social media outreach as a member of the 2014 and 2015 annual conference planning committees.
Beth has a certificate in Leadership Communications from George Mason University, a master’s in health science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Oberlin College.
