Emad is a Manager with experience in Organizational Change, Process Improvement, Risk Management, and Portfolio/Program/Project management. Passionate about change, Emad is always ready to quickly understand a problem and then develop a holistic solution. He is currently engaged at the Federal Aviation Administration and has led the development of a tailored Business Process Re-engineering Methodology that helps this agency improve their investment analysis and change management capabilities.
Specialties Include: Knowledge and application of multiple process improvement and change management models and frameworks including CMMI for Development Framework, Lean Six Sigma, PMI’s OPM3 Standard, and Prosci’s ADKAR model of change management.
Emad has an MBA from American University in Washington DC, and possesses multiple certifications, including his PMP, Prosci CM, and is a Certified Scrum Master. He has a wife and three children and lives in South Riding, VA just south of Dulles Airport.
