Jennafer Miller, otherwise known as ‘Naffer’, is a Senior Analyst with Evans Incorporated. She joined the team in June of 2015 with over twenty years of relevant experience and a personal and professional commitment to working to effect positive change. She has facilitated and delivered workshops and trainings in a variety of settings, from conference rooms to outdoor experiential environments, and she has been recognized for her incorporation of innovative methods and materials. Jennafer has also worked with organizations to address their needs in order to grow their business and advance their missions.
Currently, Jennafer is working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and development of content for an online work process tool. She is managing the process for the training life-cycle and is aligning the course structure and content with the Program Management Organization (PMO)’s objectives and processes.
Jennafer has also been an instructor of First Aid, CPR, AED, and safety courses for over seventeen years, and she is a Life Member of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad, where she’s been an active volunteer as an EMT-B and first string emergency driver of ambulances and medic units. She has a BA from Duke University and an MA from Columbia University, Teachers College.
