Jesse is a disciplined, accountable and personable Senior Consultant, specializing in transportation, energy and the environment. Although he is a recent addition to the Evans Team, Jesse has over 10 years of extensive experience implementing innovative solutions to complex public policy challenges. Since February of 2015, he has worked integrating FAA capital programs through improved governance and implementation among the airports, Air Traffic Organization, NextGen and Finance and Management. He has embraced efforts to support business development across multiple sectors, develop lasting organizational change, align strategic planning guidance and facilitate efficient tactical coordination of capital programs.
Jesse relates complex ideas through strong interpersonal communication and comprehension of technical concepts. He achieves collective resolution of policy and planning issues by managing stakeholder expectations and overcoming barriers to organizational efficiency.
Jesse received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus in World Politics from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy with a concentration in Energy Policy from George Mason University. Throughout his education, Jesse took several courses abroad at the University of Melbourne in Australia and traveled with the China Study Abroad program, living in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong.
Jesse’s first job: Bus Boy for a local steakhouse restaurant, where he learned about the value of free food, how to acclimate to a multicultural kitchen environment and the risks of slip-n-fall accidents while running an industrial dishwasher
