Margit joined the Evans Team in 2012, bringing with her 10 years of experience in management consulting in the private sector. She was drawn to Evans by its unique approach to its service offerings, emphasizing the human aspect as a foundation for success, as well as by Evans’ collaborative and inspiring culture, reflecting the importance of the human aspect within Evans as well as with its customers.
Margit works as a Project Manager supporting the Federal Aviation Administration on several engagements, with primary focus on establishing and enhancing integration capabilities across programs and lines of business. She brings with her a wealth of experience in program management, performance benchmarking, and organizational effectiveness, at the project as well as the portfolio level. Her analytical and technical expertise is rounded out by her background in Industrial Psychology, with specialization in group dynamics, change management, and organizational development. Margit holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) and in the Prosci Change Management Methodology.
Her passion is connecting the dots and identifying opportunities for establishing connective tissue, with focus on optimizing performance. Further, born and raised in Germany, her German heritage brings efficiency and effectiveness to the problems she tackles, along with great organizational talent.
