Nicole has fifteen years of experience leading teams, small and large group facilitation, change management and strategic communications. Specializing in motivating dynamic teams and developing strong leaders, Nicole excels at achieving results by integrating people, processes and technology. Her clients and coworkers describe Nicole as someone who has a unique eye for what makes organizations tick–she is the first person they pull into a project when they need a strategic, creative, problem solver. She has worked as a management consultant at Evans Incorporated cine 2009. Prior to her work at Evans, she led an operations unit and facilitated stakeholder business needs at an education organization that ran leadership conferences for youth.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a concentration in Communications from University of North Carolina – Wilmington and has completed graduate level course work in Business and Social Work. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Change Management Professional. She utilizes creative tools such DiSC, StengthsFinder and others to improve client and team communications.
Nicole’s first job: Putting training binders together for her mother’s company at the young age of 9 for the competitive rate of $2 an hour. Her first real money-maker was at a family ice cream and sandwich shop in small town Sanford, NC, scooping ice cream and making sandwiches.
