Evans Incorporated’s three pillars of client service have fueled The Challenge. This internal competition is rooted in building relationships, sparking creativity and rewarding innovation through social media engagement and online content building.
The results have been immediate, says Beth Zimmerman, strategic communications and organizational development consultant. “The Challenge has worked to foster great connections among the staff,” said Zimmerman. “It has made my relationships with my colleagues more tangible and meaningful.”
