Evans Incorporated named one of Washingtonian’s 50 Great Places to Work
Falls Church, Va. (Oct. 22, 2015)—Evans Incorporated has been named one of Washingtonian’s 50 Great Places to Work. Today marks the first time the Falls Church management-consulting firm has been recognized for such a distinction.
The Washingtonian, an award-winning magazine in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, chose the 50 winning companies on the basis of such measures as: generous pay and benefits, great work-life balance, growth opportunities and the recognition and respect given to employees.
“Being named a Washingtonian Great Place to Work is a reflection of the collaborative culture we foster at Evans Incorporated,” Founder and CEO Sue Evans said. “Our people fuel the work we do, and we will remain committed to providing human-centered solutions to complex challenges.”
Winners were chosen after reviewing nearly 200 companies and close to 10,000 employee surveys. The final determinations relied heavily on the scores given by a company’s employees.
The Evans Incorporated Culture is built upon providing a supportive and nourishing workplace for employees to grow while also nurturing creativity and embracing diversity. Evans Incorporated will continue to cultivate an environment where employees can work together to achieve tangible results and solve the issues its clients face.
