Evans works collaboratively with the organization’s leaders to design a tailored approach for taking a hard look at how our clients are performing against their mission and vision.

To do this, we engage a cross-section of the organization’s staff, so that all levels and functions of employees are represented in the process. We collect data using interviews, surveys, observation, and process analysis to develop a shared understanding of the organization’s current state.

Lastly, we help the leaders crystallize their strategic goals, and put in place the right processes and initiatives to take your organization from where it is, to where you want it to be.
