We are proud to welcome eight new employees to the Evans family! Our newest members, Jesse Lambert, Greg Griffith, Mindy Ko, Sarah Lemmons, Ellesse Krall, Jessica Zucal, Jennafer Miller and Bonnie Wald possess decades of experience in change management, business process improvement, organizational development and risk assessment.
These new members currently support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and other clients by optimizing program management functions, providing strategic communications support and transforming enterprise project and portfolio planning processes.

Evans welcomes Alan Windsor and J.J. Stakem to our team! The two new team members bring a wealth of experience in change management, organization development, and resilience planning.
Alan Windsor is a consultant and former policy advisor with the US Department of Homeland Security, and has a diversity of experience in critical infrastructure protection, resilience planning, and organizational risk management. In addition to his work with government clients, Alan has worked extensively in the United Arab Emirates, where he helped guide the development and integration of new organizations and interagency approaches to security issues. Alan holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is based in Washington, DC.
J.J. Stakem joins Evans to provide change management and organization development support to Federal Aviation Administration and other Evans’ clients. J.J. brings a diverse background in organization development and project management with experience in both the public and private sectors. In addition, as a prior United States Marine Corps Aviator, he provides an extensive background in aviation with an emphasis on military and other government agency operations.
Five Evans team members have recently obtained new professional certifications. Congratulations to Colin Christian who has earned his Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, and to Emad Elias, Alex Howarth, Margit Jochmann, and Stephanie Perlick who obtained their PROSCI Change Management Certifications.
